Warm Pita Bread with Egg & Melted Cheese | Easy & Comforting Breakfast

 Ingredients:

Pita bread – to taste. Cheese – to taste. Boiled eggs – to taste. (based on 1 egg per 1 pita roll) Raw egg – 1 piece. Milk – to taste. Dill – to taste. Sour cream – to taste. Dried garlic – to taste. ⏳Preparation: 1. Grate the boiled eggs and cheese, add dill, dried garlic, and sour cream. 2. Cut the pita bread into strips and roll up the filling into a tube. 3. Lightly beat the raw egg with a small amount of milk. 4. Dip the tubes into the egg mixture and place them on a preheated non-stick frying pan. 5. Fry for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
